The scope of The Rondel is to evaluate the scientific development concerning
vitamin B12 (deficiency, diagnosis, management) for primary health care. The
analysis is focused on cobalamin, folate and pyridoxine. Homocysteine is
considered a valuable deficiency marker of vitamin B12 and folate. Deficiency
states are associated with age, gender, society, economy, and culture. Thus, the

Design
The Rondel
provides popular science online. In the period 1999-2005 (vol 1-25), it was a
quarterly. From 2006 (vol 26), it is an annual journal. The style of quotation
suggested in the title of each article conforms to the
